A little less than 24 hours after it stopped snowing this is what it looks
like. Seems we had 8 to 10 inches. 24+ inches just over a few ridges to
the east into New Jersey in a small little town called Branchville.
It is now 1:13pm, New Years eve in my corner n this is the scene off my
2nd floor porch looking north. My recent acquired Gravely model 8161 tractor
with it's $3oo used snow blower seemed to work well during her first snow
storm under my ownership. I have a few minor problems to correct on her
but all in all, the old girl did a great job.
As some of U may know, the Gravely company has been building perhaps
the best small power equipment for over 5o years. Gravely
seem to have a loyal
following. All this considered my 2o year old tractor should easily
have an other 2o years, hell, I am now 51, hope I got 2o more years to
own her.
